Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries 新鮮草莓                                                   600 g
  • Granulated White Sugar 白砂糖                                              400 g
  • Nannerl Marillen-Liqueur 甜酒/力嬌酒                                     3 tsp
  • Granny Smith green apple, peeled, cored and small-diced
    青蘋果, 去皮和芯, 切成小方塊                                                   113 g
  • Fresh Plum, North America, small-diced 北美李子                  496 g

Strawberry Stem Remover 草莓幹去除器

Direction:
Remove the stem of strawberry with the “Strawberry Stem Remover”

Blending:

  • Blend green apple dices at low speed        20 sec
  • Add plum dices to the blender
    and blend the mixture at medium speed    30 sec
  • Blend strawberry dices separately             30 sec

Cooking in Bread Machine

  • Pour the blended mixture of green apple and plum to the baking pan
  • Add sugar
  • Add Nannerl Marillen-Liqueur
  • Add the blended strawberries

Program Settings – Jam Cycle:

  • Rapid mixing                        0:15 hr
  • Slow mixing with heating     1:10 hrs
  • Total cycle time                   1:25 hrs

Start the Jam Cycle of the Bread Machine

Remark:  No Pectin click_here_green_transparent10 is required as Green apple consisting high pectin content

 

Serving:

  • Strawberry and plum jam                                         180 g
  • Mayonnaise without eggs, homemade  click_here_green_transparent10           100 g

Mixed to serve (add honey to adjust the sweetness suiting your taste, if required)
