Ingredients

  • 1 cup          Warm water (150deg F/40deg C)
  • 1 1/4 tsp     Instant Yeast
  • 2 tsp           Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp        Salt
  • 3 cup          All Purpose Flour (375 g)
  • 2 tbsp         Vegetable Oil

Step-1     speed 1        mixing 30 sec
add water, instant yeast, sugar, salt and one cup (125 g) of flour

Step-2     full speed        mixing 30 sec
add Veg Oil and 2nd cup (125 g) of flour

Step-3     full speed        mixing 8 min
add 3rd cup (125 g) of flour

Direction

  • Ferment the dough in refrigerator overnight
  • On next morning cut the dough to 2, about 392 g each.
  • Shape the doughs and put them in 2 oil-sprayed bowels and cover them with spray oil.
  • Cover the bowels with plastic film and keep them in refrigerator.  Use one dough at the same night and another in following night.
