Ingredients:

  • Instant dry yeast                                      1 and 1/2 tsp
  • White bread flour                                     408g
  • Nonfat dry milk powder                            17g
  • Soft butter (room temp)                            15g
  • Salt                                                           1 tsp
  • Sugar                                                        1 tbsp
  • Water                                                        1 and 1/4 cups
  • Grated cheddar cheese (room temp)       120g
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (room temp)    29g
  • Coarse black pepper powder                   1 tsp

 

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the machine according to your specific instructions.
  2. Put the liquid into the machine first, then theput the liquid into the machine first, then the remaining ingredients.
  3. This makes 1 1/2 lb (750g) loaf at white bread setting.

Rise 1                        26 min
Kneading 3 (rapid)    15 sec
Rise 2                        25 min
Kneading 4 (rapid)     15 sec
Rise 3                         55 min
Baking                        50 min
Total time                  3:10 hrs
