Ingredients

(For 500g loaf)

  • Milk – refer to following instruction
  • egg                                             1
  • butter, melted                             80g
  • salt                                             1tsp
  • sugar                                          30g
  • Unbleached white bread flour    350g
  • Easy blend dried yeast              1 1/2tsp

Instruction:

Put the egg into the measuring cup and add sufficient milk to give liquid up to 190ml

Program setting:

  • Crust color                 light
  • Kneading 1 (slow)      3 min
  • Kneading 2 (rapid)     31 min
  • Rise 1                        31 min
  • Kneading 3 (rapid)     15 sec
  • Rise 2                         30 min
  • Kneading 4 (rapid)     15 sec
  • Rise 3                         50 min
  • Baking                        52 min
  • Total time                  2:57 hrs
